Since The Division came out earlier this year UbiSoft has been updating the game to try and balance out things and squash some of the bugs that were reported. And, speaking frankly, are trying to inject some new blood into the game to bring people back to the fold who may have gotten bored or frustrated with it.

Peter and Jason, with the help of Rick (Certified352) and our great friend Suprcoopr take a long 3 part run through their new 1.5 update, which has a new expansion to the Survival DLC, as well as a new World Tier and a ton of new bugfixes and such.
