No Man's Sky | You Don't Have to be Alone in NMS, Just my Thoughts | Opinion Discussion Gameplay
So, No Man's Sky is set to be this massive, imposing world, and I think that is awesome. I've seen some comments around the internet about people thinking about multiplayer aspects of No Man's Sky, and as I was commenting with a viewer the other day I kind of realized, you don't have to really be alone in the game.
Understand this video isn't a typical list video, or an informational video, it's more a video to get responses from anyone that wants to watch it and learn a little bit more about you all. The information inside are just my musings and thoughts, so you won't learn anything special or amazing about No Man's Sky from this, I've got plenty of other informational videos. Instead, I focus on how even though your friends or other players might not be right next to you in the game itself, No Man's Sky still benefits from having a tight and involved community, especially because none of us will ever get to see all the game has to offer. With that in mind, I think it's a great opportunity to share our pictures, stories, videos, and information with each other when we all start playing. If the procedural generation works out, there's so many potential creatures, planets, space ships, and all sorts of things to see, everyone will get the opportunity to show off something new and exciting. It could just be a vista, or the most toxic planet they've ever been to, but I think encouraging community togetherness is a pretty cool thing. Of course the game could also be played offline, so I also appreciate that people aren't FORCED into the community aspect if they just want to run around and see things for themselves. That's pretty flexible, and I enjoy that.
So my question in this video is, how do YOU plan to become involved and share No Man's Sky (if you even want to, that is)? Will you take pictures and post them on your twitter? Will you talk about adventures you had on a forum? Will you make Youtube videos? Will you make funny animated gifs? Feel free to let me know in the comments section below, much love ya'll!
