Due to a very busy day yesterday, I have been unable to stream Pokemon Brilliant Diamond Pearl. I apologize for the inconvenience. Starting next week, I might stream that game on Wednesdays.

More importantly, the interest for the Nintendo 64 has been ramping up rapidly. The console was released a quarter of a century ago, and it lost to Sony's PlayStation and (surprisingly) the Sega Saturn in Japan due to Nintendo opting out of optical disc technology for the first true 64-bit games console (the Atari Jaguar claimed to be 64-bit, but not many games took advantage of the hardware). In the US, it's managed to outsell the Sega Saturn (due to questionable management by Sega of America), but failed to defeat Sony (as is with the case worldwide). The system was well-known for titles like GoldenEye 64, Super Mario 64, Mario Kart 64, Star Fox 64, and Zelda: Ocarina of Time.

However, PolyMega has released another add-on for their overpriced mid-2010s office PC turned emulation box, and some have been calling it the first N64 Clone. After seeing developments within the gaming and tech industry, I dismiss that claim as BS.

I'll explain what the full price of a fully-functional PolyMega with all modules cost compared to single-board computers, those budget laptops on sale for Cyber Monday, Ryzen mini PCs, the MiSTer, and the Steam Deck.

I will also explain the reasoning behind me taking down my stream regarding the first year of the PlayStation 5's life cycle.
