Nociception 0 is an interesting Danmakufu script. For one, it's not actually a Touhou fangame at all, being more of a Touhou-like. Even then, the Touhou-like vibes are present more in the gameplay than the story (the actual story and characters instead give me light Undertale vibes). The gameplay is a bit unpolished (the extra stage in particular is VERY buggy, the midboss fails to spawn half the time) but it has a lot of charm and the developers are already working on a sequel.

EDIT: It seems like Nociception 1 already released (just shows *how long* this video has been stuck in my backlog).
