B site is the lower bombsite on Nuke. You can enter the site from Ramp, Single, Double, or Window. Going through Secret and Halls lets you to the three last positions.

Defending B site is often done by one player holding Outside preventing the Terrorists from going down Secret and one player holding Ramp. The Ramp player will often be the player rotating down to B site if the pressure on Ramp becomes too big or the Terrorists are moving down Secret.
