Nvidia Volta GV100 HotChips Analysis | Intel I3-8350K Performance Is Impressive!
289Nvidia's Volta based GV100 graphics card is incredibly powerful, crushing their older Pascal architecture by up to 12x in deep learning based applications. While it'll be some time before we see a Volta based geforce graphics card, the shear performance and new architecture changes of Volta makes us wonder how the next generation geforce will run games.
Benchmarks for Intel's upcoming 8th generation core I3-8350K processor have leaked, and demonstrates the CPU outperforms the older I5 and I7 processors in single thread performance, and in multi-threaded performance doesn't do too bad against Kaby Lake's I7-7700K despite it benefiting from Hyper Threading.
