The open source AAA game engine O3DE (previously Lumberyard, previously CryEngine) have just released O3DE 25.10. This release doesn't really have any major sexy new features, instead it improves in all the right under the hood ways that this engine has often lacked. If you haven't checked out O3DE yet, or perhaps you checked out an earlier version, I highly recommend giving this engine a look, it's come a long way!
