This is the last Peg Leg Mission, number 5. It's quite straightforward, but it's brought along Glitchy McGlitchington to the party.

First, solve the riddle. If you can't align the symbols, exit the mission (not the game) and just restart it.

BRING POISON DARTS

Second, the Wolves. They're a pain. The quicktime event requires reflexes of lightning. Best I did was 2 of them before the last one mauled me so I tried some other stuff.
Air assassinations don't work, but you can sometimes mash the attack button and get a kill. It's risky, though. Best way is to climb the nearby tree, get on the branch, and poison them. It won't count as a ranged attack.

Then, blow up the barrels, and follow the green dots (2:55) pick up the loot, and escape!

Then enjoy your sweet sweet pirate outfit (4:05) and the bullet deflector (4:15).

Limit health loss - 30% (2:05)
Do not use any ranged weapons against animals (2:05)
