You can make OBS zoom and follow your mouse! I'm using it with the Aitum vertical plugin here but it works with just normal OBS, I'll follow up with my settings specifically for Aitum vertical in a secondary video (and after the needed links here in text).
My settings for OBS for this effect in Aitum vertical are "Enable Monitor Override" on. Zoom width+height is 1920*1080. Active Border is 0.50 (You can lower this for edge scrolling effects). My Smooth is set to 6. All other settings are stock and my zoom source is just a display source (my primary monitor), I've had issues with the most recent OBS update so if yours is ever just black after leaving and coming back to it just make a new source and you should be good to go!
