5The crossed path stories are stories that involved 2 of the party members. You'll begin unlocking them as you complete each characters second chapter however you won't be able to complete them until you finish each characters story, except Agnea but that may have been a glitch.

Honestly none of these bosses are difficult but we're being thorough. That being said the only crossed path story with significant boss fights is the Mother Daughter duo Ochette and Castti.
After you've completed every character story and every cross path you'll unlock the coming dawn story arc, that's the endgame of Octopath Traveler 2 and will be the last thing covered in this video series. But I will give a fair warning now. Finish whatever sidequests you want to finish now and I recommend getting everyone up to at least level 50 before tackling the last story as the world will become permanently more dangerous.
