Octopath Traveler II: Starting to connect.
0Its time to do the crossed paths! Roll the dice to plot the path! Starting off with Throne and Temenos co-op story... before I forget though, going to turn in some items for licenses.
So Temenos and Throne meet a girl and get a broken mirror. Partitio and Osvald meet an astrologist and help them with getting materials for a telescope, and Castti and Ochette meet, probably the same boar as agena, and beat it down... then make it feel better and get a friend.
Since that all didn't take too long, figure why not do the scent of commerce as well. Starting with whatever is in sai... where apparently obs decided "Nah, no more recording, delete some stuff first." so I edited two different recordings together... thankfully you can replay cutscenes... but man the lighting the first time was so much better for the cutscene.
So the Gramaphone... I admit I looked up where I might find the npcs to save some time from either trying to remember who all I've run across or going to each town and check every npc... but the guy actually suggests where you should check.
And finally, it's time to buy a boat!
