If the Challenge/Provoke route is taken, Pensive Girl becomes Wide-eyed Girl, and Pathetic Father is relocated outside of the tavern and becomes Reformed Father (36:49). You can Guide/Allure Wide-eyed Girl, Reformed Father, and Moneylender after this.
If the Guide/Allure route is taken, Pensive Girl is relocated to the Quarrycrest Mines tavern and becomes Budding Songstress (42:20). You can Guide/Allure Budding Songstress after this. While Money Lender and Pathetic Father do not change so you can't Guide/Allure them.
Pensive Girl also has 2 different set skills for Guide/Allure as a result of how you did the quest (Challenge/Provoke 37:15, Guide/Allure 43:18). Pensive Girl can't be Guide/Allure before complete it.
My thoughts on this part:
I/ Way Through the Woods
These 2 really look like Link and Zelda. We can't guide/allure him because he is busy with work.
Did she really think he does his job on barefoot? (14:19) According to his sprite (7:08)... Nah, don't think so 😂
II/ Rite of Passage
He's one of the few NPCs that has 3 different sets of skills and weaknesses (due to how he can be guided/allured before complete his quest). I choose to help him become Fledging Hunter because "Giant Tusk" will be lost forever if you give him that, and also I just want him to follow his father and grandfather's footsteps. 😁
III/ Setting Out
Another headache quest.
Normally, you may think that kicking the Moneylending is the right way to finish the quest but turned out it was wrong. At first, I thought he was a bad guy but if you check his information, you will find that there are many more people who want to harm him rather than he wants to harm others, which is a legitimate defense after all (32:53).
35:53~35:58 Moneylender is right, that dude is like 48 years old and still doing his job. It's not too later for the father (45 years old) to move his ass again.🤔

There is another way to solve the girl's problem is to Guide/Allure the bar owner in Quarrycrest to where the girl is located. Honestly, this direction is almost impossible to think of, even I remember that he needs a singer, but I didn't expect it to be related to this quest. But for this, the Pathetic Father remains Pathetic (his dialogue unchanged), because no one dares to kick his ass. While the first method, she just needs to find a job to become a singer, and with his dad redeem arc, I don't think that's hard at all.
I choose the first one so that I can guide/allure 2 new NPCs, and I just don't want her dad to be like that all day.
Also, I love some meaning behind her skill. Basically, her skill changed depend on the outcome. Slash is the first, and Slice is the second. Not sure If the devs were thinking the same as me or they just put some random skills here. When slashing you forcefully strike someone and cut your enemy with the same motion (active) while slicing, you put your blade on either forcefully or not and then apply the motion and not in the same action (passive). It's like how we help her, option 1 is that she becomes a singer on her own after her father's problem is resolved, and option 2 is how we help her become a singer.
