Oculus Quest - Easily Make Videos & Stream Gameplay to YouTube - Twitch
88Have you ever had trouble recording gameplay footage on the Oculus Quest? Or doing a live stream with decent quality?
I am not sure why Oculus doesn't make this easier and more seamless. This is the way I have started recording and streaming for Quest. Here is what you will need.
**The HDMI splitter is a must, even though you aren't splitting the signal, because the chromecast has what they call "High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection" so the capture card won't see it when directly connected. The splitter takes that away so the capture card can see the content.**
