Pretty basic design, full bridge rectifier of discrete diodes supplying DC ro the micro-p via a zener diode and the common rail to the lights and one side of the switching transistors, The micro-P is driving the transistor array and speed controlled by a variable resistor (POT).

DC voltage was measured was about 90 volts before it went pop. RiP
