This run was kind of annoying to make because execution-wise it's not particularly difficult until right at the end - Metropolis 3 ended many a good run, I can tell you. To do that level wrap you have to inch off the platform so Tails moves off it, causing it to fall. Then you have to start holding right within two frames of it sinking (so you don't have time to react at all) and then let go at the right time too. It's a tricky one.
