This is a couple of training mission being played through PC VR using a Quest 2 through Virtual Desktop with the Elite VR Cockpit mod which allows Elite Dangerous to be played for the most part with motion controllers. I found that I have to sit close to the keyboard so I can occasionally hit keys that don't map very well using this mod but that's rare. Link to the mod is below.
