After defeating Bowser 2 in the Fire Sea,we get another Key that unlocks the upper floor! But before we do that,we're gonna continue with Course 9,Dire Dire Docks. Once Bowser 2 is beaten,his Submarine disappears from the area,and you can get the rest of the Power Stars. We went straight for the 100 Coins and Red Coin Stars to get them out of the way. Next,we opened the Treasure Chests in the right order for another Star. We also get another 2 Stars,one requiring the Metal Cap and the other requiring the Vanish Cap. The last Star there requires swimming through rings left by a Manta Ray. Afterwards,we unlocked the upper floor,got a Secret Star from a Toad,and entered Course 11: Wet Dry World. You can change the water level in there via some Crystals,or by how high you jump into the painting. We got the 100 Coin Star and another one from finding the Secrets in the level. Another Star is at the very top of the area,inside a ! Block. The Arrow Lifts Star can be easily reached,if you find the secret Warp near the start. We also found the 8 Red Coins in the underwater sunken city.
