Virtuix is kickstarting a multi-directional treadmill that not only helps people work out, but can be combined with motion gaming like the Kinect and and now the Oculus Rift-- another kickstarter darling. Oculus rift dev kits are out now with the launch expected in August promising an immersive experience with its field of view, head mounted display.

So, will combining the two become the realization of the home virtual reality gaming dream? Would you want to play heavy-running games like Skyrim with the Omni treadmill?
