On The Fly is a recorded round organized by ItsColinn and xCand where as you can tell by the name, you have to adapt to everything when it happens, so the theme and concept for the season will remain hidden until game day to give it the "On the Fly" feel. Even then, there will be things you will need to adapt to throughout the game when you least expect it.
