Testing the Arbiter skill attacks and the difference between them in AI LIMIT. The skill attack choice is based on whether you are moving the left stick forward when executing the skill or not. If you do it will use a top-down vertical slash attack that deals higher damage and has longer reach against single targets and the other one is a 360 slash which is good against multiple enemies based on my little test.
