In this Commix and More video tutorial, we are going to make one word document with different headers, footers, page numbers and margins. This uses the concept of page breaks and links on the headers and footers.

The objective of the document were as follows:
Create ONE document with the following specifications:
1. Cover Page
Margin: 1 inch on all sides
2. Questionnaire (3 pages) with page numbers 1 to 3.
Margin: 0.5 inch on all sides
Header: Questionnaire for Exams (left)
Header: Page Numbers (right)
3. Answer Sheet (2 pages) with page numbers 1 and 2.
Margin: 1 inch on top and 0.5 on the left, bottom and right
Footer: Answer Sheets for Exam (left)
Footer: Page Numbers (right)

Note: I am using Microsoft Word 2010, but this tutorial is also applicable to MS Word 2013 and higher. Steps should be modified in MS Word 2003 and 2007.
