How do we compress video files using an android phone?

In this Commix and More video tutorial, we are going to install an android application called VidCompact so that we can compress videos using only our android phone.

Here are the simple steps:
1. Open the Android Playstore.
2. Search for VidCompact.
3. Install VidCompress on your android phone.

How to compress a video? Here are the steps:
1. Open the android application VidCompact.
2. Choose "Trim and Compress"
3. Choose the Resolution of the video, in our example we chose 720p.
4. Hit the icon on the upper right. (Looks like export or send button)
5. Then wait for the compression to finish.
6. Once done, check the compressed file for any loss of quality or other problems.

And that is it! We are done compressing videos on our android phone. Vidcompact also has the ability to convert .avi or .wmv video files to .mp4, this is a handy tool if you want to compress videos and convert it to an mp4 format.

Note: Compression takes time and the time it takes to compress a video depends on the file size of the original video and your phone's performance. Therefore, it might vary depending on the situation.
