Gymnastics Rings are nothing new, but so many people still don't use them. In this video I go through the basic workout I feel most people could use to get a good workout and maintain lean muscle mass and strength in the upper body. I feel most gym goers will be able to benefit from this.
I really only use gymnastics rings as my main form of upper body lean muscle mass and strength building. If I had to choose one piece of equipment to use for upper body strength it would be these rings.
