A little more limited in space than the others, but since it's make your own, that shouldn't be a problem.

Get some prebuilts for early guests, advertise advertise advertise, and build whatever to your hearts content with the remaining time/money. Once again you can just spam the single corkscrew rides and advertisements if you want to win in like 15 minutes.

I learned the rollercoaster signage you can build in the scenery tab just auto texts to the name of the closest ride, which I didn't know before. Unfortunately, there's no 3 wide sign for single path symmetry(what the heck Chris?).

Had a bit of fun experimenting with some scenery while waiting. The money kept increasing as I was building scenery, so I was vibing and finished with a bunch of cash for another ride. It's kind of annoying to stack scenery since you have to hold shift on the same exact tile slot, which becomes harder and harder as the terrain gets more varied, or ceilings/roofs start covering the tiles you're building off of, so you end up with misplaced scenery a lot of the time. Only having 4 viewpoints certainly doesn't help!

Wasn't expecting to win while building scenery for that last ride, and heck if I'm not gonna finish it, even if I've already won the scenario! Would've been nice to add a Great Wall of China scenery piece separating it from the rest of the park, but that's a whole nother hour I'd be looking at, so I finished up the initial build and left the scenario, lol.
