Origins of the Great Slayer Legend. From condescended outsider, to being accused to working with the demons in hell, all the way to becoming the Great Slayer that we all know Doom Guy as today. Today I'm going to be giving you a brief concise origin story, of what we know so far anyway on the Great slayer/Doom Guy.

1. Doom guy, then known as the outlander or outsider is discovered by 2 sentinel scouts who then brings him back to the capital of Argent D'Nur where Deag Grav sends him to the colisuem.
2.the outlander outlives all opponents. giving him freedom, yet it appears that he stays with the people of argenta who are locked in the middle of a horrible war against the armies of hell.
3. Despite accusations of the outlander working for the demons king novik grants him citizenship where he's now trained to be a night sentinel. Other night sentinels look down upon him, he's not worthy of fighting alongside them.
4.the outlander slowly gains the sentinels respect. the city of taras nabad gets invaded by a titan and a huge army of demons. The outlander helps repel the legions of demons but is no match for the titan.
5. in the early morning the following day Samur, chancellor to the khan makyr subjects the outlander to the Divinity Machine.blessing him with power and speed that matches his will, also giving him the strength to wield the crucible blade, the only weapon capable of slaying a titan.
6. The Great Slayer as the outlander is now known as, with the help of the crucible blade repels the demonic army from taras nabad the origins of the great slayer and the fear of doomguy being a fierce warrior & weapon is born!
