has a 100% drop chance from Orophea in the Ruin's Cradle, The Maw.

01.To activate Orophea,

you need to loot the Eurydea's Necklace. @ (coordinates are 26.8, 29.3)

This will give you the Eurydea's Amulet, which provides a 5-minute buff.

02.Go back and use the Eurydea's Amulet on Orophea.

03.Kill Orophea and loot the Orophea's Lyre Toy!

The necklace and rare spawn timer are about 1 hour to 45 minutes.

Use: Sing an Orophean Dirge for 20 seconds, forcing players
within 10 yards to cry uncontrollably. (30 Min Cooldown)

This is supposed to be similar to the 'Toy Train Set train and Piccolo of the Flaming Fire'.
