Insomniac has been on a hot streak of games since...well, honestly arguably since they first started making games. As a big Resistance fan, Insomniac has never rally flopped to me, but their reputation and output has somehow become even more prestigious in recent years, with their most recent Spiderman titles and the beautiful and exceptionally fun Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart catapulting them from a very solid studio to one of gaming's best. My favourite thing about insomniac, though, isn't their games- its their culture.

Insomniac has set an amazing example of how to make great games at a quick pace with high polish and while treating your employees the way they deserve. I wanted to highlight this culture in this video because its exceedingly rare in the AAA games space, especially among some of the most groundbreaking studios in the world, and I hope eventually more studios will follow suit and the games industry can finally shake its reputation of being one of the worst industries to work in.
