Outcast: A New Beginning PC demo gameplay - 4K ULTRA preset - español
18Gameplay de la demo de Outcast: A New Beginning, secuela de Outcast de 1999, juego del que guardo muy gratos recuerdos y que me encantó en su día. Nada menos que 25 años, un cuarto de siglo, hemos tenido que esperar para jugar una secuela (que ya estuvo en desarrollo en una ocasión y fue cancelado), quitando el remake que en esencia era el mismo juego cambiando solo los gráficos. Así que poder probar esta secuela por fin ha sido un momento especial, por lo que he decidí "inmortalizar" el momento grabando el gameplay y subiéndolo a mi canal.
En general me ha gustado según lo visto en esta demo, se nota que han tratado de hacer algo similar al primero pero obviamente modernizándolo, porque desde 1999 hemos visto cientos de juegos de mundo abierto. Pero habrá que ver cómo se desarrolla la trama principal, y si las misiones secundarias no son demasiado simples o se repiten. Algo que me ha gustado mucho es la movilidad del personaje usando el jet pack y planeando, está genial desplazarte rápido deslizándote por los escenarios, si bien el control puede ser un poco tosco o no responder demasiado bien en ocasiones. Sea como sea, me apetece mucho seguir jugando al juego completo, que sale el mes que viene. Por cierto, ha sido agradable ver que está doblado al español.

El juego sufre de algunos tirones molestos y bajadas de frames, típica falta de optimización de los juegos de hoy día, espero que lo puedan solucionar para el juego final o con parches.

Gameplay of the Outcast: A New Beginning demo, sequel to Outcast from 1999, a game that I have very fond memories of and that I loved in its day. No less than 25 years, a quarter of a century, we have had to wait to play a sequel (which was already in development once and was canceled), except for the remake that was essentially the same game changing only the graphics. So being able to finally try this sequel has been a special moment, so I decided to "immortalize" the moment by recording the gameplay and uploading it to my channel.
Overall I liked according to what I saw in this demo, you can tell that they have tried to do something similar to the first but obviously modernizing it, because since 1999 we have seen hundreds of open world games. But we will have to see how the main plot develops, and if the secondary missions are not too simple or repeated. Something that I really liked is the mobility of the character using the jet pack and gliding, it's great to move fast sliding through the scenarios, although the control can be a bit clumsy or not respond too well at times.Anyway, I'm looking forward to continue playing the full game, which comes out next month. By the way, it was nice to see that it is dubbed in Spanish.

The game suffers from some annoying stutering and frame drops, typical lack of optimization in today's games, I hope they can fix it for the final game or with patches.
The demo is currently playable on Steam.
