Thanks to haloarbiter117 for making the Bad Future Palettes!

Bad Future ended up not being along the lines of Sonic CD. I tried playing around with the palette, but I didn't like it.
I might mess around with the colors that pop the most and add more Badniks and stuff like that.
If you have any suggestions for Bad Future, I might add it. There's supposed to be ash raining down in Green Hill Zone, but I don't know what happened with it in this video.
