This game is basically abondonware on PC with no way to buy it today ever since it was taken off Steam years ago. While I can't link to the game directly I'll tell you it's very easy to find. Remember there's nothing to "install" just get the files in a folder and copy the files from the patch linked above to the same folder overwriting the game EXE file. The new EXE file has no DRM and should just run! The game will default to your native resolution but be sure to check out the OutRun2006Tweaks.ini file for anything you may want to adjust.
