REASON FOR THIS TUTORIAL
Some viewers of my channel had questions on my configuration:
they wanted to know why they had lower frame rate than I do, considering they had similar or better specs.
So here is the full config and tweaks I use.
Note that this tutorial is focused on NVidia and Intel hardware. So only some tweaks are applicable to other configurations.
To judge the efficiency of the tweaks, you can find examples of Overwatch videos on the channel (#linuxgamingalchemy) : https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL8hGtdf0CdNK9_f02vIiBiubtgNbZbUqM

DISCLAIMER:
1. Be aware that Using Wine+DXVK with Overwatch could be considered by Blizzard as a way to cheat. Blizzard normally accepts/tolerates Linux users so bans are rare but possible.
I'm not responsible on the way you use your Battlenet account, so you are using wine and DXVK at your own risk.
2. Note that this config was only tested on Nvidia hardware with an Intel CPU and some parts of the config are specific to this hardware.
I'm not saying it is the best config for all type of hardware, this config is the result of a "trial and error" method.
Some options may seem heretic to some people but the best way to find out if it works is to try it :).

FROM THE VIDEO
Config command for Intel CPU
echo performance | sudo tee /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu*/cpufreq/scaling_governor
Wine config
To my experience, Esync options are less efficient (on my config) than the classic wine staging. That is why vanilla wine staging is used in the video.
EXTRA TWEAKS (not in the video)
-For better mouse Aiming:
In Linux mouse options Use "Acceleration Profile" "FLAT"
