I call it the Morb Flusher. When critters (morbs) are detected in the main room, airlocks containing water underneath the floor close, forcing the water upwards, flooding the morbs. The morbs, not wanting to drown and die, then pathfind to safety on the only dry land they can find -- the chamber where the morbs are to be collected.

This design is a prototype and has not been fully tested for reliability. But it looks like it should work.

I think you may be able to omit the cycle sensor included in the design; it does not seem necessary considering the doors open anyway every time morbs spawn. You can definitely omit the hydro sensor.

I would have filled up the outhouses using duplicants... but that would take forever. I just spawned the morbs in to simulate a spawning cycle.

This design can probably be expanded somewhat by making it wider and adding more outhouses.

2023 Edit: Morbs lag. Hard.
It seems I didn't account for the lag that is caused by hundreds of morbs, and the inefficiency drop in their polluted oxygen production (They produce less polluted oxygen at higher game speeds and during intense lag, for some reason. At least they used to when I made this video.) I would probably scale this setup back and only have around thirty to forty morbs in your entire base at a time.
