Paladins-Open Beta patch 42-Torvald is here
3Hi all. So Hi-Rez has pumped out another patch to Paladins and we get another hero this time. He's a front line, tanky type by the name of Torvald. He is definitely an interesting hero and he brings a unique kit to the field. HIs default attack is a fairly short range homing beam. There's not much range to it but it feels satisfying to get that stuck on somebody. His right click builds back up his shields and also drains shields around him. One of bis abilities puts a shield on an ally while another will silence and disable them. Finally, we have his ultimate which does a really nice push back and some moderate damage. His starter deck actually seems pretty solid and building into less direct damage and life rip really keeps him in the game.
This is one of the few front liners I could actually see myself playing in Paladins as his play style is a bit aggressive for being up front
