I also want to add that I played solo, and maybe that's why my experience was a bit clouded. By the third day, I firmly decided that I would only play this game when I have a lot of time or someone wants to play with me. So, if anyone wants to play together, please write in the comments. Twenty minutes after I received the access email for the game, I decided firmly that I would start a livestream and finally show my viewers this wonderful game. I did just that, but after twenty minutes of the stream, the game servers couldn't handle the influx and simply crashed.
There's proof of this in the stream for Palia #1. And by the way, everything I'm describing in this video, you can verify by watching the streams of this game on my channel. I purposely recorded and broadcasted the entire gameplay process so that no one could say I made something up or added my own spin. Well, the server crash isn't a problem with the game, as it's just testing, and it happened because of the huge number of people wanting to try the new game.
In the first five hours of the game, everything was completely fine for me until I realized what the whole point of the game was, and it can be interpreted in two ways. The first way - the meaning of the game is to build your own personal town on your plot and get all the available furniture for maximum customization of your property. The second way is to complete absolutely all the quests in the game, which will likely lead to partially developing your plot, as there are quests for expanding your land and improving your personal house, increasing the value of the furniture in your property. And in this case, naturally, improving relationships with all NPCs to the maximum and possibly even forming romantic relationships with some of them.
Let me tell you what I liked and didn't like and my feelings after about 50 hours of playing this game.
First, the game's graphics design. It's really good. Pleasant colors without unnecessary bright tones or dark spots.
Second, the behavior and animation of characters and the environment in response to your actions. I'm talking about animals, insects, and the interesting gameplay when using the oven and cutting ingredients for future dishes.
Third, the game's story is genuinely interesting and makes you want to know more about it, but I never got to know it fully because I got tired of playing.
