67Thank you for watching! Port Prisma is a charming seaside town - with a fittingly pleasant theme - that serves as the central hub for Mario's adventure on Prism Island. Paper Mario: Color Splash has a fantastic (albeit underrated) soundtrack, and I just adore this song in particular. I don't usually say this, but I heartily recommend listening to the original, if you have a minute or two to spare!
For this remix, I decided to go for a full non-synthetic approach, which is a first for me. Well, to be fair, most of the sounds here aren't actual recorded samples, but I wanted every part in the arrangement to resemble a real instrument. This was definitely a challenge, as I tend to use synthesized sounds to help glue things together, though I really grew to enjoy this style of music. In any case, I hope you'll enjoy the swing-jazz instrumentation here!
