It’s the first multi-family property to make its way on to the Phoenix Historic Property Register. The Park Alice Apartments at 16th Avenue and Highland restored thanks to the efforts of the Housing Department and Planning and Development’s Historic Preservation Office. Check out the history of these beautiful affordable housing apartments and the efforts that ensure they will stay the Phoenix “gem” they always have been.
