The Constrictor is one of the prerequisite bosses for the Elder. It inherits the map mods of the map you are fighting it on.
Awful map mods for this fight:
- Anything that increases Constrictor's action speed
- Anything that increases Constrictor's AOE
- Monsters crit
- Maven witness (due to the chance of getting snared while the boss is using its slam)
KEY POINT: The aerial slam skill is the most dangerous part of the fight. Don't try to endure it, when Constrictor jumps into the air, stop attacking and start dodging. Get away from the boss immediately.
