WARNING: Not suitable for solo self found, as the build is fairly heavily reliant upon two rare items.

Vaal Spark is an unusual skill that is hyper-specialised at speed killing of weak monsters. Terrible against bosses, it will offscreen monsters like mad in maps.

Here I discuss how to find other proven passive trees, and the merits of various ascendancy choices (which boils down to - PICK PATHFINDER)

Summary:

Use the following key skills:

Vaal Spark - Faster Projectiles - Increased Critical Strikes - Controlled Destruction - Pierce

then add one of the following when you get a six link:

Empower (level 4 ideally)
Added Lightning
Added Cold
Lightning Penetration
Hypothermia
Increased Critical Multiplier

Pathfinder is the only option because this build abuses the hell out of the stat "Increased effect of flasks on you"

Auras - Grace, Herald of Ice (the latter in conjunction with sources of cold damage)

There's also some discussion of intelligence stacking. Someone better at build theorycrafting than me can and will make this work, I believe there is a lot of potential there.
