Paul McCartney started work on this album in 1979 after being arrested for possession of marijuana in Japan an January 1980 personally I think this was when McCartney new Wings had to come to an end.

if it's worth noting that the song coming up on the same album was a inspiration for John learning to come back to making music for the first time since 1975 and McCartney II was the last Paul McCartney album to be releaseed in John Lennon's life time.


By far one of the weirdest songs Paul ever wrote but I had this in the back of my mind I tried covering it multiple times and it just never sounds right and I have trouble singing it. I believe that shows on recordings.
