Paul McCartney’s “All the Best” - 1987 CD Review
This is a review of the 1987 Greatest Hits Compilation of Paul McCartney songs titled, “All the Best.” This CD contains 17 tracks of songs that we recorded between the late 1970s and 1987, after the Beatles broke up and McCartney formed his own band, Wings. The tracks listed on this compact disc include “Ebony and Ivory,” a duet with American Singer, Stevie Wonder, “Live and Let Die,” the theme song to the classic James Bond film starring Roger Moore, which was recorded by his band, Wings. There are also a whole slew of other hits like “Band on the Run,” “Say, Say, Say” and “No More Lonely Nights.” This Compact Disc was manufactured and marketed by MPL Communications, Limited. This was under exclusive license to Capitol Records, Inc., a division of EMI Music North America. For those that didn’t know, EMI was a defunct British Music Company, whose catalog is now owned by Dutch American Music Company, Universal Music Group. This includes the Beatles and their Members’ catalogs. I hope you enjoy the show and enjoy looking back at all the best of Paul McCartney. 💿🎹🕵️♂️
