1This is a review of the original 2010 DVD of TriStar Pictures’ 2009 animated international coproduction “Planet 51.” This is an international coproduction between the United States, Great Britain and Spain. This means two European countries and one North American country collaborated to make this film. The film stars the voice talents of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Justin Long and Seann William Scott. The film follows an astronaut named Chuck, who lands on a mysterious planet inhabited by little green people. To the residents of Planet 51, his arrival is the start of an alien invasion. But luckily, a young alien teenager named Lem realizes that Chuck is friendly and Len tries to return Chuck safely to his spaceship.
