Payday 2 - PSA: How To Not Do Stupid Thing

Ok time for some serious text. First, if you're going to fall from heights a lot, at least get 'Cat Burglar' from the Ghost tree, and then learn by experience what heights kill you and what don't. Upper floor of Shadowraid and sewers obviously kill you if you just jump down, follow instructions in the video to avoid that.
Second, if you've ever stood in front of a safe and didn't know why there was a lockpicking icon but no way to lockpick, welcome to my own newbie experience. You're going to have to get the required skills first If you want to lockpick safes, use shaped charges to blow up safes, use the saw, or use ECM's to open shit (Lockpicking Expert Aced from Ghost, Shaped Charge Aced from Technician, Portable Saw from Enforcer, ECM Overdrive Aced from Ghost).
If you ever see someone happily lockpicking deposit boxes on the Bank Heist, please try to tell them that this is going to take ages and it's not worth the time. Even if the whole team lockpicks, it'll take 10 minutes. With 4 guys all with lockpicking expert aced, it'll take roughly 4 minutes. One guy with a saw can open all boxes in about 5 minutes, but with the advantage that everyone else can still haul bags around. If one guy stubbornly refuses to budge from his lockpicking crusade, either kicking him or setting him on fire with molotovs seem to be generally accepted measures of last resort.
Finally, please, please, please, bring some mobility skills. If it's a heist with a lot of bag-hauling, please bring bag-skills. The following skills are just recommendations, but they are highly likely to improve your speed and fun: http://pd2skills.com/#/v3/mDa:eDa:ghECda:feCa:::
Some remarks on that. Shinobi from the Ghost tree is more suitable for stealth. Also, if you're doing a stealth build, bring either Hidden Blade Aced from Fugitive or Shinobi Aced from Ghost. If it's not stealth, feel free to pick other stuff in Fugitive so you can pick Run and Gun. These are all just recommendations but movement speed makes a huge difference for avoiding detection, survival, and cutting down on hauling time.
