Hello YouTube! SSGL back on my good old X-Wing fighter (mission starts at 2:14) ready to find out what this Imperial defection is about!

-Briefing-

Our story begins with what could be a trap. Two Imperial Corvettes have decided to defect. Our silent Op to retrieve them was going smoothly. Then, out of nowhere, Gunboats along with a Stormtrooper Transport came out of hyperspace, subduing the second starship. Somebody spoke.

We as X-Wing escorts rush in, ready to do the job. Luckily, the enemy transport already fell under the combined fire of the just captured first Corvette and our own transports.

We move in to secure the area from the Gunships. But having to capture a fully functional hostile starship wasn't part of the plan... 😓 I need to improvise here and fast. Or our own transports will meet the same fate as the enemy transport!

Got to say, I never played much the campaign on this one. Instead, Skirmish got my attention ever since this game was launched! Never had the time to use more complex mission creators, so the stock mission builder suited me just fine. Thus am happy to share these missions I did long ago.
