The command for this is: 9+MK, 5, 6+LP. Or if you prefer: up/forward+MK, neutral, forward+LP.

Peacock's IAD j.LP into a standing jab is a 2 frame link (+9 on hit). If you do j.MK before your airdash, you don't move upwards as fast so you land quicker and have a much easier time comboing afterwards (+14 on hit). The overhead itself isn't any faster (thanks Mike Z for pointing this out at Evo!) but it's still useful for easier combos and for faster feints/fastfalls using other moves.
