Penumbra Black Plague: Part 13
2This game definitely is feeling more and more like a rooky thing when I look back at games like Amnesia. Sure amnesia and a machine for pigs had their rough spots, but this game really feels like it's inconsistent. Some parts feel brilliant, others are just frustrating and it's that sort of swing back and forth that I think is making this feel especially amateurish. You can tell they're working at this really hard, are passionate about horror and so they have those brilliant moments and those parts that just fall flat.
But I guess I should save that all for the Retrospective.
