The Anti Doping Agency has warned Service personnel about unwittingly taking banned substances in sports supplements to boost their fitness

It comes as 18 soldiers from 7 PARA RHA, including two senior NCOs, were tested positive in a recent compulsory drugs test on their base in Colchester.

Although the soldiers have protested their innocence, the MOD's zero tolerence policy means they could be discharged from the Army.
