First, I want to note that this can be done at other places besides Chagall, but I chose to do this there since it happens at night time, and there is less to do at night early-game (such as Social Links) then there is during the day. Feel free to work at any place offering part-time work. All of the money goes towards the 50,000 Yen needed.

In order to unlock The Grindset Mindset trophy or achievement, you must work part-time at a business, and earn a total of 50,000 Yen doing so. This CAN take a while, but as long as you keep working at the same job, you will get pay increases.
