A planar spiral coil of outer radius R consisting of N closely wound turns of a thin conducting wire is placed in a uniform magnetic field with its plane perpendicular to the field. The magnetic field is confined in a circular region shown by shaded area in the figure. If flux density B of the magnetic field varies with time t as B = Bo cos(wt), find electromotive force induced between the terminals A and B of the coil.
