Phasmophobia | Adrenaline Redacted
1Welcome back, folks: It's Phasmo time! (Please insert whatever fancy flourish or sound effect your mind provides here.) The name of today's challenge was unfit to print, according to Twitch. We didn't find this out the hard way, thankfully... we learned from Insym's discussion of the matter on his own challenge map video! But never fear: there are only a few words that naturally follow the word "adrenaline," so we're pretty sure you can guess the vibe here. We're fast, furious, and ready to perish at the hands of some fiendish foes... which is good, because we did that. A lot.
(Some of us actually wanted to perish, given the weather in our area. My apologies for any extra-special stupidity. It was basically 85 degrees indoors the whole time I was streaming, we couldn't open our windows due to wildfire smoke, and I can't hear Phas clearly with an AC unit running, even if we'd had time to test the seals on ours against said smoke before stream time.)
Despite some clutch moves by the ghosts, we finished up with an hour to spare, so we switched back to our old standby custom difficulty mode for the rest of the session. If you're curious about our settings, I take a second to go over them after we get raided toward the end.
