Phogs | One Minute-Game Review
PHOGS REVIEW
In this game, two players each control one side of a two-headed dog creature.
You really have to work together, because every puzzle and challenge requires constant cooperation.
You can stretch out your torso, and when you bite certain objects, you gain temporary abilities like spraying water or shining light out of your mouth.
The puzzles are super clever, but they’re not overly difficult. The hardest part is working together to coordinate your movements.
Throughout the game, you work your way through three colorful worlds: one full of food, one all about play, and another themed around sleep.
The sleep world, with its dreamy purple hues, is especially chill. It was our personal favorite.
There are also side quests that earn you golden bones. You can use them to buy silly hats.
They don’t change gameplay at all, but they’re still fun to earn.
This isn’t a big, challenging game. It’s a weird, unique experience meant for anyone looking for some fun co-op puzzles.
It’s called Phogs, and because it’s not the most popular game in the world, you can often find it on sale for just a few dollars.
It’s definitely worth checking out if you’re a fan of quirky co-op games, like we are.
